Torre Picasso was projected over the A1 plot at AZCA, Madrid. It has a 10 000 m2 surface. With its rectangular 45 floors ( 38 x 50 m) and 5 basements and its 157 m (171 including the last basement) the building is visible from any Madrid access.

Regarding the low floors, 42 of them are offices; the down floor works as the main entry. There you can find the 18 elevators divided in three groups of 6. They will support the floors number 1 to 18, with a speed of 2.5 meters/second. The ones supporting floors 18-32 have a 4 meters/second speed; the ones in floors 32 to 43 has a 6 m/s speed. That last part is the fastest in Spain.

The general floors are completely diaphanous; the central part includes the 18 elevators, 4 staircases, technical rooms, restrooms and a 120 m2 space destined to an air shaft to evacuate the gases coming from the ventilation network located in the AZCA tunnels.
In the 44th floor we find the cooling towers and the air conditioning distribution system. The superior surface of one of the elevator blocks in the 45th floor is used as a heliport.

There is a commercial area in Basement 1, along with the parking. Basements 2, 3 and 4 serve only as parking lots. The technical rooms for machinery are also found in these basements. Basement 5 is for services gallery. There is a commercial area in the north and west side of the building with direct access to the street.

The total built surface is 121 000 m2, divided in technical roof (100 m2), offices (71700 m2), lobby and commercial zone (8300 m2) and parking and Technical Rooms (40 000 m2)

The facilities and installations of Torre Picasso are the most advanced in the market. The building, taking in account concept and services, is comparable to most of today's projects.
