Torre Picasso is not only an extremely well located office building. Its 45-floor view has become a constant reference for the Madrid inhabitants. Its structural calculus fits into the American rules. Its architect, Minoru Yamakasi was also the author of the WTC Towers, the Oklahoma Bank and the Century Plaza Towers, as well as other notable buildings in the most dynamic cities throughout the world.
However, Torre Picasso´s most powerful feature is not its exterior, but its interior; that what impress the visitors the most. From the first, Torre Picasso was projected with one aim: the housing of high-standing offices. These offices are intelligent and adequate spaces intending to provide the most advanced services in terms of technology, comfort and use of the space.
Furnishing and the selection of materials have been conceived in detail. Lobbies and elevators are identified with three different types of marble. |
