Optical Fibre Network
A strong network of structured cable and optical fibre allows Torre Picasso users the possibility of sending and receiving high speed video, audio, V+D and video conference signals. Service is provided by today's main operators -more operators may be added in the future.
Internal Televisión Network
All building tenants are connected with one another as well as with the rest of the services offered in Torre Picasso. All communications are monitored in the Control Center; signals and visitors are managed at the Main Hall while merchandise is handled in the Pier.
Satellite Broadcasting
An internal network provides tenants with access to all national ground stations and also to the stations broadcasting via satellites Astra, Eutelsat and Telecom ( SECAM system). Moreover, tenants may subscribe to Via Digital, Canal Satelite Digital or Quiero TV. Likewise, the building has one common television aerial for video conference transmission.
Reuters Services
All floors in Torre Picasso are connected with Reuters.
Logistics
Post Office
There is an internal Post Office with a mailbox for each company.
Pier  
All catering, stationery, courier services, parcel services, moving services, etc are handled, supervised and scanned in the Pier.
Internal Courier Service
Its objective is the collection and distribution of correspondence and parcels inside the building after their supervision and scanning.
Maintenance
24-Hour Cleaning Service
130 employees work permanently in Torre Picasso in order to keep in perfect cleaning conditions all common areas and technical rooms. Subject to the agreement of tenants, the staff can also collaborate in the cleaning of offices.
Integral Maintenance Service
A meticulous preventive maintenance system keeps in optimal conditions the state and working of all the production, control and security facilities of Torre Picasso. This service works hand in hand with the building's management company in the maintenance tasks typical of every occupant.
Gardening Service
A gardening team renews, conserves and maintains, during the whole year, the landscaped area that surrounds and embellishes the square around Torre Picasso, access areas and the buldingg surroundings.

24-Hour reception service
There is a reception service in the main lobby. Attended during office hours by multilingual receptionists, the service provides visitors with information and guidance as they arrive to the building.
24-Hour Security Service
All the surrounding zones of Torre Picasso, along with the people, vehicles and merchandising, are controlled using the most advanced human and surveillance systems. These are continually updated and renewed.
Call Center
All needs and services are monitored in the Control Center. The center then allocates the specific staff and service necessary for the resolution and supervises the performance as soon as possible -all this with one single call to the Call Center and in with a time response never achieved in any other space of his type.

From the sole manager of the building, highly qualified and experienced technicians offer customers the best solutions regarding implementation or improvement, along with administration assistance. That service is performed by a team of experts in infrastructure, facilities and tenant needs.
Parking
Public parking for visitors
The first parking basement of Torre Picasso has room for over 80 vehicles.
Private parking for tenants
There is plenty of parking space for tenants in the second, third and fourth basements; at least one for every 100 m2 of office surface. In every basement there is a specially protected area destined for VIP parking. There is also parking space for motorbikes.

Technical architecture office
The technical department at Torre Picasso expedites, collaborates and supports the resolution of all the problems that can arise both in the arrival to the building and during the stay there.
